Northern Performing Arts
Northern Performing Arts offers a wide range of dance and performing arts classes to suit children and students regardless of age or ability.
Our vision at NPA is to offer our students a warm and nurturing environmentwhere they can grow and develop creativity, body awareness, coordination, technique, placement, control and above all things confidence. Our classes are fun and affordable as well as educational. Being a performing arts schools means we have a class to suit everyone!
We have three exciting branches where students may attend our dance and performance classes – Birkenhead, Sunnynook / Milford & Whangaparaoa.
Taekidokai Martial Arts
Popular junior classes suited for children aged 4-12 years old. We teach a range of martial arts techniques aimed at developing both physical and mental capabilities. Children become stronger and more flexible while also learning co-ordination and improving their concentration.
Children’s classes are designed to be fun as well as instructional. Children learn that physical activity can be enjoyable, and they learn good technique as well as self- discipline. Junior classes are structured to suit the learning needs of children.

City Impact Church - Arts Academy
Arts Academy is a Music and Dance School based at City Impact Church on the North Shore of Auckland.
We offer quality dance and music tuition from the age of 3 upwards, in a wide range of dance styles and musical instruments. Tuition is available in ballet, hip hop, musical theatre, piano, violin, guitar, drums and bass.

LCF Fun Languages
Children learn through a combination of drama, storytelling, songs, craft and games. They rapidly acquire enough knowledge and confidence to enjoy using the language for communication and expression.
LCF Fun Languages programs are designed to give children the confidence to speak in either French, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, Italian, German or English. Similarly adults can attend LCF Fun Language courses that will encourage them to speak a foreign language like a native!

Northern Arena
Learning how to swim and survive is a key life skill in which you should invest for yourself and your family and it couldn’t be easier with swimming lessons from 3 month old babies to Adult improver classes.
Classes are kept small in size to enable more swimming time and individual tuition for your child. Lessons are set by ability rather than by age.
Northern Arena swimming classes run all year round and range in duration from 30 – 60 minutes.
Before you or your child becomes a swim school member, we need to assess your child with a short 5-10 minute swim assessment to ensure they begin swimming at the correct level.
