Classes for teens
Our classes also suit teens. Teens train in the senior class alongside adults. This is a great learning environment for the adults and the teens. Respect is a key component of our art. Training with adults helps teens to channel their energy into training. Teens quickly learn the techniques and because they are still relatively flexible and fearless they find the physical side challenging and enjoyable. Martial Arts is also mentally challenging. Our training will test endurance, strength of character and extend students into teaching, administration and coaching roles.
Confidence improves with each grade and each level of achievement. The first class is free and you are most welcome to take advantage of this offer.

Kip McGrath
The Kip McGrath block holiday programme runs Monday to Friday 9am-12.
This is equivalent to two of our normal 80min sessions with a break in between. Students come for all ten sessions or just for some. This enables them to refresh their learning ready for when school starts. It has been of great help to many students as they start back with assessments that help determine their years work.

HBC Youth Centre
The Hibiscus Coast Youth Centre is a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower, strengthen youth and their families by providing comprehensive youth development through education, physically challenging activities, employment and training advocacy and other support services.
